      We provide you three different Loyalty Program options so that you may choose the one best serving your market outlook. The detailed modus operandi for each of these programs is entailed hereunder:

      Points Program: This program revolves around issuing your own loyalty currency i.e. points to the customers against their purchase, for redemption against your own products/services later. Points based loyalty programs are very beneficial for businesses as the redemption can only be claimed if the customer spends a certain amount, hence improving sales.

      Cashback Program: This is a very lucrative loyalty program as it provides your customers, an opportunity to EARN cashback against their purchase spend at your business. The cashback hence earned may be redeemed anytime during their next purchase. Unlike the Points Program, a threshold for the amount spent may not be set in Cashback Program.

      Stamps Program: The Stamps Program is most popularly and widely used in the Cafés and service industry. In this program, the customers are simply incentivized to get something FREE after they purchase X number of products. A common example of the Stamps Program will be, ‘Buy 8 Cups of Coffee and Get the 9th one FREE’.

    • PROGRAM NAME

      In order for you to design your own Customer Engagement and Loyalty program, it is essential to name it and brand it as per your business positioning. 

      For example, if your business is called Joe’s Café, you may name your program Joe’s Rewards Program or Beans Points, or Drip Drop Rewards, in keeping with the persona and vibe of your business. The program name should reflect a thought process that connects it to your business name, the products you are selling or the services you provide. A creative Program Name relating to your business and operations will surely arouse the interest of your customers.
       

    • REWARD PERCENTAGE

      The most important decision prior designing a loyalty program is to finalize a percentage that you, as a business, are willing to reinvest on your customers against their spend and loyalty. 

      This percentage ratio differs from business to business as it essentially requires giving back to your customers from the very profit that you make from them. For example, if Business A decides to give back 10% of its customers spend money as loyalty, then every time a customer spends $10 at Business A, it shall either put $1 equal points into their account or $1 Cashback or give them 1 Stamp. 

      Now, it is time for you to decide what you want to invest into your customers and reclaim that in form of redemption. 

    • REDEMPTION SLABS

      If you’ve designed a Cashback or Stamps Program, then don’t bother about this field, as redemption slab for them will automatically be calculated by looking into your Reward Percentage. However, for Points Program, you need to decide the threshold at which, your customers will be able to redeem their points. 

      For example, if Business A decides to give 10% of the customers purchase spend back to them as Loyalty Points, it means that on every $1 spent at Business A, the customers will be able to EARN 10 Points, because the value of 1 Point equals 1 US Cent. So, if a customer spends $100, he/she will EARN 1000 Points as Business A is providing 10 points for every $1 spent. 

      At this point of time, Business A will have to decide the level at what a customer may start redeeming the points EARNed. So Business A may set up these three slabs for redemption of earned points:

      Slab 1: 1000 Points Redemption Value $10
      Slab 2: 2500 Points Redemption Value $25
      Slab 3: 5000 Points Redemption Value $50

      Similarly, you as a business, will have to decide upon these values as per your financial plans and inform us accordingly. Our systems will then, automatically calculate the number of points required and will readily create those redemption slabs.
